Born on October 3, 1975, in Semey. In 1996, he graduated from Shakarim Semipalatinsk State University with a degree as a teacher of Kazakh language and literature. Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor. L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University — Director of the Abai Academy.

Omarhan Zhanzhigit

Born on April 4, 1988, in Tarbagatay District, East Kazakhstan Region. Graduated from Shakarim Semipalatinsk State University with a degree in Jurisprudence. Head of the Department of Culture, Language Development and Archival Affairs of Abai Region.

Ermek Abilmazhinov

Born on July 6, 1971, in Semipalatinsk, Semipalatinsk Region. In 1988, he graduated from the secondary school named after the 60th Anniversary of the VLKSM in the village of Aksuat, Semipalatinsk Region. In 1993, he graduated from the Semipalatinsk Technological Institute of the Meat and Dairy Industry with a degree in Machines and Apparatus of Food Production, qualifying as a Mechanical Engineer. Since January 6, 2024, elected Chairman of the Maslikhat of Zhanasemey District, Abai Region.

Bagdat Tuseev

Born on August 9, 1957, in Semipalatinsk. In 1978, he graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education of the N.K. Krupskaya Semipalatinsk Pedagogical Institute. A 1978 Physical Education graduate, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, prominent sports figure, and international referee — FIFA Referee. Awarded the medal “For Merits”, the badge “Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, the badge “Honorary Figure of Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, and the honorary badge of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Currently — inspector of the Kazakhstan Premier League for football.

Asemkan Duskuzhanov

Born on May 21, 1962, in Semipalatinsk. In 1983, he graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education of the N.K. Krupskaya Semipalatinsk Pedagogical Institute. First Vice President of the Wrestling Federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Honored Coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Honorary Consul of the Republic of Korea in Kazakhstan. General Director of Daewoo Bus Kazakhstan LLP. Deputy of the Regional Maslikhat of Kazakhstan of the 4th convocation.

Erbol Myrzabosynov

Born on August 30, 1984, in Semipalatinsk, East Kazakhstan Region. In 2005, he graduated from Semipalatinsk State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Physical Education and Sports. Aibek Nugymarov

Born on June 3, 1987, in the village of Kundyzdy, Abai District, Abai Region. In 2009, he graduated from Semipalatinsk State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Physical Education and Sports. Rinat Nurgazin

Born on September 27, 1986, in Aksuat District, East Kazakhstan Region. In 2008, he graduated from Shakarim Semipalatinsk State University with a degree in Forest Engineering. Bauyrzhan Erdembekov

Shagangul Zhanaeva

Born in 1965 in Abai District, East Kazakhstan Region. In 1986, she graduated from the N.K. Krupskaya Pedagogical Institute with a degree as a teacher of Kazakh language and literature. Rinat Zaitov

Born on November 17, 1983, in Ayagoz, East Kazakhstan Region. In 2006, he received his education at Semipalatinsk State Pedagogical University. Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, member of the Committee on Social and Cultural Development.

Kuanysh Suleimenov

Born on September 14, 1973, in Charsk, Zharma District, East Kazakhstan Region. In 1999, he graduated from Shakarim Semipalatinsk State University. Awarded the medal “For Distinguished Labor” and the badge “Excellent Worker of Agriculture”. He served as Deputy Akim of Abai Region and is currently Chairman of the Trade Unions Center of Abai Region.

Nadira Akhonova

Born on October 22, 1989, in Semey. In 2010, she graduated from Shakarim State University with a bachelor’s degree in Translation Studies. International film producer, founder of the production company N&A Film Productions, Media Tourism Ambassador of Kazakhstan.

Kairat Egezhanov

Born on September 17, 1985, in Semey, East Kazakhstan Region. From 2002 to 2007, he studied at Shakarim Semipalatinsk State University with a degree in Forest Engineering. Chief Expert of the Forest and Protected Areas Department of the Committee for Forestry and Wildlife of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Adlet Tuleutaev

Zhiger Saumetov

Born on January 9, 1986, in Semipalatinsk. In 2008, he graduated from Shakarim Semipalatinsk State University with a degree in Forest Engineering. Director of the Semipalatinsk branch of the RSE State Forest Nature Reserve “Semey Ormany”.

Denis Zarva

Born on December 25, 1984, in Semey, Abai Region. In 2006, he completed a specialist degree in Automation and Informatization in Control Systems. Candidate of Technical Sciences (PhD), laureate of the Al-Farabi State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan in science and technology. Arailym Alimzhanova

Born on September 29, 1978, in Tarbagatay, East Kazakhstan Region. In 2000, she completed a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management in Agribusiness. Anatoly Kalinkin

Born on December 5, 1997, in Semey, East Kazakhstan Region. In 2019, he graduated from Shakarim University with a degree in Economics. Rolan Serikov

Born on April 8, 1979, in the village of Kainar, East Kazakhstan Region. In 2000, he graduated from Shakarim University with a degree in Economics. Since 2023, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Sports and Physical Culture of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Head of the Administration of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan since 2024.

Daniyar Akhmetzhanov

Born on June 2, 1983, in East Kazakhstan Region. In 2006, he graduated from Shakarim University with a degree in Accounting and Audit. Chief Expert of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2010); Head of Sector of the Accounts Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Deputy Head of the Financial and Economic Department and the Accounting and Reporting Department of the Executive Office of the President; Deputy Head of the State Institution “Material and Technical Support Department”; Head of the Financial and Economic Department of the Executive Office of the President; Advisor to the Akim of Shymkent on economic issues. Since 2023 — Chairman of the Board of JSC SEC “Shymkent”.
