Duties of the Executive Committee Chair
The Executive Committee Chair is responsible for the effective organization of the Association's activities and performs the following tasks:
• Organizes the activities of the Executive Committee, manages its day-to-day work, and coordinates the activities of committee members.
• Determines the Association's development directions, develops work plans and ensures their implementation, and monitors the implementation of programs and projects.
• Participates in official meetings and events on behalf of the Association, establishes effective contacts with alumni and partners.
• Initiates the organization of forums, conferences, lectures, and other events, and promotes the development of a professional alumni community.
• Ensures ongoing communication between the university and alumni, develops digital communication channels and professional networks, and participates in the formation of an alumni database.
• The Association's governing bodies monitor the implementation of adopted decisions, prepare a report on the activities of the Executive Committee, and present it to the General Meeting or Council.
• Participates in recruiting new members to the community, developing partnerships and charitable initiatives, and supports university development projects.
